Stories drawn from folktales, history, mythology, modern sources, and personal experience. A special bent for stories for environmental education.

Experienced educator, performer and presenter offers workshops for teachers, non-formal educators, parents, elders, and others; oral history; storytelling performances and swaps.

Coordinates the Madison Storytellers' Guild.

Former member of the Northlands Storytelling Network Board of Directors and the Wisconsin Storytellers' Get-Together Planning Committee.

2004 recipient of the Lucy Beck Memorial Award for service to the Wisconsin storytelling community.
